Alex studied Psychology at the University of Sheffield (BSc, 2015). In 2016 he obtained his MSc in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from 果冻影院鈥檚 Interaction Centre (果冻影院IC). A little after completing his MSc studies at 果冻影院IC he joined the ExCiteS Research Group as a PhD student.
His PhD research is based on Horizon 2020鈥檚 鈥淲eGovNow鈥� project which is focused on civic participation in local government and aims to involve citizens into decision-making processes within their local environment by using state-of-the-art digital technologies in community engagement platforms.
His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience (UX) areas (usability, user research, accessibility etc.) in combination with Participatory GIS and Citizen Science.
