Carlos Moedas, who is Visiting Professor at the 果冻影院 European Institute, was elected Mayor of Lisbon on 26 September 2021.
Carlos Moedas, former EU Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation,聽was the Social Democratic Party candidate.聽His victory brings to an end 14 years of Socialist Party leadership in the capital of Portugal.
He聽spoke at 果冻影院 on the聽future of EU-UK research relations聽in July 2021.
