Congratulations to Professor Bas Aarts, ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº English, for being elected as a member of Academia Europaea.

This is a prestigious recognition and will support the aims of the Academy to promote European research, advise governments and international organisations and further interdisciplinary and international research.

The Academia Europaea is a functioning European Academy of Humanities, Letters and Sciences, composed of individual members. Membership is by invitation. Invitations are made only after peer group nomination, scrutiny and confirmation as to the scholarship and eminence of the individual in their chosen field.
