Dr. Yelda NasifogluÌýis aÌý¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Special CollectionsÌývisiting fellow at ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº'sÌýResearch Institute For CollectionsÌýduring November 2022. At this event she will discuss her work in progress, half-way through the fellowship, on the circulation of mathematical works in Britain up to c.1700. Her project is entitledÌýReading and Collecting Mathematics in Early Modern BritainÌýand examines Early Modern book catalogues and individual copies from theÌýGraves CollectionÌýto gain more insight into the mathematical book trade of this period.
Selected collection items will be on display at the event.
