Basket weaving comes in many patternsÌýusing a variety of techniques and isÌýmade of tightly wrapped fibres such a palm leaves or halfa grasses. In this session we will be using paper and thin card to learn a few of the techniques used in this period. Come and try out some weaving and take your own basketry example home!
