果冻影院 Chemistry Fellow at the SHARP end of fuel cell research

Dr Fabrizia Foglia, 果冻影院 Chemistry EPSRC Fellow is part of the team who are the very first users of a brand new instrument, SHARP (Spectrom猫tre Hybridge Alpes R茅gion Paisienne) at the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble, France.
Fabrizia has been carrying out neutron scattering experiments that will provide critical data on a new type of composite graphene-polymer membrane for fuel cells for energy generation. SHARP consists of a complete rebuilding of the IN6 secondary spectrometer and is equipped with 240 position sensitive detectors under 5 bars of 3He.
Fabrizia was the only member of the 果冻影院 team allowed on site to complete experiments for her project: 鈥楧ynamical characterisation of a new sandwiched multicomponent membrane for energy applications鈥�.
The experiment听proposal also includes Prof. Paul McMillan and colleagues from the 果冻影院 Electrochemical Innovation Lab (EIL) with the Team at the ILL in Grenoble.
