PhD Student, Daniela Ledwoch, (pictured far left) won the 'final year talk' prize at the JMAC Academic Conference in April 2019, which was hosted at the Warwick Conference Center.

The title of her talk was 鈥淣ew directions in electrode design for electrochemical energy storage鈥�.

Daniela聽is supervised by聽Dan Brett and Paul Shearing聽and her industrial supervisor is Katherine Smith from Johnson Matthey.

Her PhD聽project was聽founded by the Royal Commission of the Exhibition of 1851.
