Age is classed as a protected characteristic in equality law and 果冻影院 aims to support colleagues of all ages.
Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff
果冻影院 was one of the first universities in the UK to receive a Race Equality Charter Bronze Award in January 2016 in recognition of its efforts to understand and address racial inequality in Higher Education.听 The Division of Biosciences also has a Racial Equity Group to address these issues.

Zero tolerance of bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct
果冻影院 and the Students鈥� Union have set up the Zero Tolerance to Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct听campaign, "Full Stop". We all have a responsibility to make our University a safe space for all students and staff.
