Our new MPA will teach you the competencies, capabilities and leadership skills needed for purpose-driven organisations鈥攊n the public, private and civil sectors鈥攖o confront the grand challenges of the 21st century.
At听the 果冻影院听Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP),听one of our founding beliefs听is that markets can be shaped by purposeful policy making and by new collaborations between the state, business and civil society. Markets can be designed to deliver public value.

We are delighted to announce a new vital strand in our mission that will equip future public leaders with an innovative toolkit to drive this change.
听
Our new听Master of Public Administration (MPA): Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value听will provide students with the dynamic skills required to steer purpose-driven organisations听in public, private and civic sectors to tackle the grand challenges of the 21st century. The MPA is built on four globally unique modules around听public value,听innovation for grand challenges,听creative bureaucracies, and听strategic design and digital transformation.
Graduates of this programme will help organisations refocus themselves to become mission-led, driven by public purpose, and able to welcome and manage the explorative and risk-taking processes that structural change, innovation, and socio-economic transformation require. Key to this is rethinking of public and societal value: how to create, to nurture and to evaluate it.
Our innovative curriculum, world-leading faculty and fieldwork as part of students' final project come together to provide a deep understanding听of the economics of innovation, technological, social and institutional innovations in order to aid this change in thinking.
