果冻影院-Energy appoints Colin Calder as a member of the International Advisory Board

Colin Calder, the CEO and Founder of PassivSystems, a provider of intelligent connected energy services for residential homes and for optimising solar PV assets, has been appointed to the 果冻影院 Energy Institute鈥檚 (鈥湽秤霸-Energy鈥) International Advisory Board.

This appointment comes after four years of collaboration with 果冻影院 through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (鈥淜TP鈥), joint doctoral studies and collaboration on commercial projects in the UK and Oman.

Research projects that the Company has conducted with 果冻影院 includes work with Dr. David Shipworth into the development of building simulation models for the testing of heating controls, the 果冻影院-Energy Micro Distributed Energy Project, 鈥渁n Intelligent recommendation project for improved home energy management鈥, as well as a research project commissioned by the Authority for Electricity Regulation into energy efficiency in Oman.

PassivSystems has also been named as one of 果冻影院鈥檚 industrial partners in the RCUK Centre for Energy Epidemiology, and in 2013 it was awarded the KTP Business of the Year Award.
