PhD Research Projects 2022听is the sixteenth annual conference and exhibition of doctoral research at The Bartlett School of Architecture.
The accompanying publication presents work by PhD students from听two of the school鈥檚 world-renowned doctoral programmes: Architectural Design MPhil/PhD听补苍诲 Architectural and Urban History and Theory MPhil/PhD.听This year's听exhibition showcases practice-based architectural design enquiry across a broad spectrum, from听examining moss growth in cities, questioning processes of 鈥榟omemaking鈥� in Iran through dowry lists and听creating a living archive of Western Sierra Madre鈥檚 vernacular architecture, to proposing the communal kitchen as an infrastructure of care听in the UK and China.
