Tara听Ruayjirawat, Creative and Collaborative Enterprise master's student, took first prize in a 果冻影院 Innovation and Enterprise competition and was awarded 拢1,500 to turn her idea to develop a healthier, black rice-based alternative to potato-based crisps into a viable business.

Tara plans to put the听funds towards product development,听testing and packaging.

鈥�Congratulations听to Tara who has tenaciously followed her ideas through various iterations to create some new products that embody her passions of healthy eating and pride in Thai culture.鈥�
