果冻影院 alum and former Warner Bros producer, Rick Senat, will return to 果冻影院 for听this special edition of the 果冻影院 Connect event series.
Rick will join us for an evening at 果冻影院 East (exact location to be confirmed shortly), where he will talk听about his career at Warner Bros as well as share details of some of the more recent projects he has worked on听as a board member and executive producer. The conversation will be curated by听, Associate Professor in Creative Arts and Humanities at 果冻影院.
Whether you are a student interested in pursuing a career in the film industry, already work in the industry, or just have a keen interest in all things film, this event is open to all.

About the Speaker
Rick Senat
Executive Producer and Board Member at Drylab Media Tech & Mad Dog 2020 Casting
A 50-year film industry veteran, Rick was a Senior Business Affairs Executive for Warner Bros for 25 years. He has worked with many prominent filmmakers and is associated with several important films including the Harry Potter franchise, Greystoke, Batman and Superman. He has advised productions such as Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban, Troy, Alfie, Sahara, Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Nanny McPhee, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Doom, Derailed, Kinky Boots, and many other well-known movies.
A graduate of 果冻影院, he is a solicitor and a visiting professor at Lincoln University. He has served as vice chair of the British Film Institute, sits on various boards and for several years was a director of the legendary British film company Hammer Productions.
Recent productions as Executive Producer include 鈥淎 Casual Vacancy鈥� for the BBC and HBO, 鈥淔antastic Beasts and Where to Find Them鈥� and 鈥淔antastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald鈥� for Warner Bros,听and 鈥淏lithe Spirit鈥� in 2020 and 鈥淭he Midwich Cuckoos鈥� in 2022, both for Sky.
