This policy applies to:聽聽聽

• everyone who procures, manages, or develops a digital system as part of the University鈥檚 business processes; and聽聽

• everyone who produces documents or content hosted on a digital system that meets the following description:聽

For the purposes of this policy, a 鈥渄igital system鈥� is any IT (Information Technology) system that is provided by 果冻影院 and/or accessed using a browser or a mobile device that is created for an internal or external audience (for example staff, students, and members of the public). This applies to front and back-end aspects of the interface. A digital system is in scope if it is funded, developed, or controlled by the University or has 果冻影院 branding.聽

The policy covers:聽聽

1. Online materials聽that 果冻影院 publishes via websites, intranets, wiki, blogs, social media channels etc.聽聽

2. 顿辞肠耻尘别苍迟补迟颈辞苍听including documents, presentations, meetings/events papers, instructions that are produced day-to-day.聽

3. 惭耻濒迟颈尘别诲颈补听鈥� audio, video, and imagery.聽

4. Teaching content聽鈥� including online content, documentation and multimedia used in teaching聽

5. Digital products / services / platforms delivered by 果冻影院 which have a user interface, whether developed in-house or bought in.聽聽
