Complaints

Whilst we hope you are happy with our service, if you become unhappy with our service please speak to us so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.  You can request a copy of our complaints procedure at any time by requesting this from our Clinic Coordinator, Jennifer Akinola.  The person responsible for investigating complaints is Rachel Knowles, our Director. Where the complaint relates to Rachel Knowles, the person responsible for investigating the complaint will be Thul Khan, our housing solicitor.

Although ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº iLAC and ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº are not regulated by the SRA, the solicitors we employ are individually regulated by the SRA. If we are unable to resolve your complaint and it relates to the work of one of our solicitors, then you can have the complaint independently looked at by the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman investigates complaints about service issues with lawyers.
