Transforming our Professional Services (TOPS) is a two-year programme to improve professional services across 果冻影院.听
TOPS aims to support 果冻影院鈥檚 core academic mission and 果冻影院 2034 by delivering:
- more effective services and a more satisfied 果冻影院 community
- more fulfilling careers for staff
- a reduction in the proportion of spend on professional services over time, enabling more investment in academic activities.
Over the next 12 months TOPS will be aiming to design a target operating model that aligns with 果冻影院 2034, fits a new 21蝉迟听century 果冻影院 and delivers outstanding academic and student support and a rewarding environment for professional services staff to work in.听
