Request transgenic mice from the Bill Richardson/ Nicoletta Kessaris labs

We thank the , , the , the , the US and for past and present support.

We have generated a number of transgenic strains, mainly BAC or PAC transgenics by pronuclear injection. If you wish to obtain these please follow the steps below.

1. email Bill Richardson (w.richardson@ucl.ac.uk) and/or Nicoletta Kessaris (n.kessaris@ucl.ac.uk) outlining your proposed project in a few sentences.

2. Some popular lines [e.g. Pdgfra-CreER(T2), Fgfr3-iCreER(T2), Sox10-iCreER(T2)] are listed on the 果冻影院 Business website -> Biological Materials, from where you can download and complete an MTA, as well as obtain further information such as genotyping protocols. Please check xip.uclb.com in any case because one or two lines are listed there that are NOT listed in the table below.

3. Sometimes the line you want will be available closer to you from a third party lab - we can provide contact details.

4. For health status of the mice please contact Matthew Grist (m.grist@ucl.ac.uk) in the first instance.

We normally ship 2 or 3 males of breeding age. We regret that we cannot ship embryos or sperm.
