To access MyHR and MyLearning, you will need to use the 果冻影院 VPN or Desktop@果冻影院.

The booking system is open to anyone with an active 果冻影院 userID (e.g. ucccabc). The system requires a training profile on MyHR to allocate your place:

If you use MyHR or MyFinance, you will already have a training profile to enrol.
For all other users, please wait for five minutes after selecting enrol and do not refresh your page. A training profile will be created for you. After this, future enrolments will be quicker.

Weekly Writing Retreats
Course Description: Every Tuesday 09:45-12:30, the 果冻影院 Academic Communication Centre hosts an online Writing Retreats for all students and staff. We meet in this way to create a supportive space in which to write, and develop a helpful regular routine of focused writing. At the Academic Communication Centre we know that dissertation/thesis writing can be lonely and that motivation can ebb and flow over time; we want to create a routine and a little community of thesis writers to help us be productive and healthy in our writing practice. We start with a writing exercise to help get us warmed up for whatever writing we are doing and share our writing intentions for the day. Upcoming dates for weekly writing retreats during Term 1 in 2024 (every Tuesday from 09:45-12:30): 08 Oct 2024 15 Oct 2024 22 Oct 2024 29 Oct 2024 05 Nov 2024 12 Nov 2024 19 Nov 2024 26 Nov 2024 03 Dec 2024 10 Dec 2024 17 Dec 2024 Please note: Upcoming dates for weekly writing retreats during Term 2 and 3 in 20245 (every Tuesday from 09:45-12:30) will be updated soon. You are welcome to attend as many of these sessions as you wish, however, you will have to enrol for the sessions individually.
Objectives: By the end of the course you will be able to demonstrate: Perseverance Time-management Motivation Substantial progress in your writing project Benefit both from the supportive environment/community and from the routine
