Contents: OL's diaries of her missions as an aid worker in Serbia and Poland. In Serbia she was a member (May-Sept 1919) of the British Food Mission which was attached to the Paris Peace Conference and distributed food supplies in needy areas. In Dec 1921 OL went to Poland with the British Commission for Relief and in early 1922 returned to Serbia, presumably as an aid worker although it is not clear exactly what her position was.
