1772 - 1846
Alexander Cruickshank (1772鈥�1846) was one of at least four brothers of the Cruikshank family (in addition to James (1748鈥�1830), Patrick (1749鈥�97), and John (1766鈥�1810)) who went to St Vincent in the late eighteenth century. The Cruickshank family had been farmers in in Strathspey for many generations before.
