John Kirby, as assignees of an annuity of 拢230 per annum for the life of John Vernon, secured by demise of slaves for 100 years, arrears 拢3517 10s 0d. It is not yet clear how the assignment arose and whether the assignees were beneficiaries. 聽聽聽聽
