Owner of Golden Spring in St Andrew, Jamaica, in 1753.

Isaac Feurtado was listed in the Jamaican Quit Rent books for 1754 as the owner of 912 acres of land in St Andrew and 900 acres of land in St James, total 1812 acres.

Tentatively identified as Isaac Feurtado of Kingston, merchant. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1778. Slave-ownership at probate: 257 of whom 127 were listed as male and 130 as female. 48 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: 拢25431.92 Jamaican currency of which 拢12903 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included 拢24.38 currency cash, 拢4880.56 currency debts and 拢595.38 currency plate.
