Biography

Owner of Hampstead estate in St Mary, dead by 1777.

Nathaniel Morgan contributed 拢10 to the University of Pennsylvania following Dr John Morgan's fundraising tour of the West Indies in 1772-1773.

Nathaniel Morgan of St Mary, Esquire. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1777. Slave-ownership at probate: 67 of whom 27 were listed as male and 40 as female. 12 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: 拢10327.38 Jamaican currency of which 拢2975.03 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included 拢0 currency cash, 拢7009.33 currency debts and 拢0 currency plate.
