  1. Will of William Buchan [of Churchill in St Thomas-in-the-East but at present residing in the burgh] of Stirling Stirlingshire [made in 1840] proved 30/09/1853. He left his housekeeper Jane Maclean an annuity of 拢150 p.a. and an additional annuity of 拢30 p.a. for his daughter Sarah Harrison Buchan. His residuary legatees were his children, Edward and Barnard and daughter Sarah Harrison.
