T71/885: adjudged, upon a hearing of 11/12/1837: (1) to John Crosthwaite, Archibald Campbell, J. MacAndrew and D. Maclennan 拢3055 11s 2d as trustees to pay Leonora Lynch 1100 guilders annually (2) to pay to trustees (including Archibald Campbell) 1/4 of the residue, on which interest and accumulations go to Margaret McIver now Fraser, principal goes to heirs of John Fraser (3) and of remaining 3/4 of residue, 1/14th goes to Donald Stewart and 13/14th divided equally between Duncan Fraser, James Fraser, Janet Macfarquhar, Isabel Fraser and Ellen Fraser.

Of the residue, 1/8th went to the trustees of Margaret McIver; 3/8ths went to Robert Fraser; 13th/14ths of the remaining 4/8ths went to the Fraser family group (now expanded); 1/14th of 4/8ths went to Donald Stewart. Conflict between the claimant Duncan Fraser, attorney to the heirs of John Fraser, and Robert Fraser, as attorney for Donald Fraser, brother of John Fraser. 听

T71/1253: Robert Fraser of New Amsterdam Berbice was attorney of Donald Fraser [late of Newton Red Castle Rosshire now of Inverness, Scotland] and Margaret Fraser [born McIver, of same town]. Donald Fraser died 30/3/1837. Brother James Fraser of Clune in the Aird Invernesshire, died 8/3/1835. The Fraser group were James Fraser's children. Leonorah Lynch was the housekeeper of John Fraser.
