T71/895: claim by Sir Francis Ford. Counterclaim by the Earl of Lichfield, Rt. Hon. Anne Margaret Viscountess Anson, Thomas William Coke, of Holkham, Norfolk, and Sir George Anson 听Kt, a Lt-Gen in HM's army, for 拢5000 (charged by the marriage settlement of Sir Francis Ford, dated 21/01/1785), 拢2000 (charged by indenture, dated 25/04/1808) and several other sums not yet ascertained. Counterclaim also from Edward Anson, of Bentley Hall, Stafford (Staffordshire) for 拢1000 by Bond and 拢1500 for the arrears of an annuity granted on 05/06/1802. Counterclaim from the Daniels, of Mincing Lane, as mortgagees, dated 29/04/1809, for 拢9923 14s. The counterclaim was admitted. Sir Francis Ford replicated the Earl of Lichfield and Rt. Hon. Anne Margaret Viscountess Anson, and admitted the Daniels.
