Parson, as executor of Frances Parson (widow of Edward Parson), for the balance of an annuity of 拢100 (due 拢221 17s 7d plus interest from 14/04/1835); Frances Mary Parson, of Little Abington Cottage, Cambridge, for an annuity of 拢200 and 4 years arrears; C. Pinney and Robert Edward Case, bond creditors of testator (under whom the above named George Webbe claims), for principal and interest amounting together to 拢6860; and from Charles Webbe, of Flushing, in the parish of Mylor, Cornwall, as annuitant for 拢1275 due up to 24/06/1835. Geo. Webbe Parson to receive 拢100 in lieu of a counterclaim filed under Nevis claim nos. 39 and 39 [sic].
