Counterclaim also from two other sets of annuitants under the same will, 'Mary Elizabeth Pinnock and John Wallace Harris [of St Andrew's parish], administratrix and administrator of Eliz. Truxton Pinnock an annuitant under will [dated '07/12/1829' = 05/12/1809] of Jas Pinnock £984 17s 9d'; and Elizabeth Bowran [sp?] and George Bowran [Dartmouth St T71/1200] annuitants under the will of James Pinnock for £1250 [date of will 05/12/1809].

T71/1200 Counterclaim from Elizabeth Pinnock of Southampton, widow, claiming compensation in part discharge of £17,100 sterling as arrears of Ìýannuity of £1200 p.a. bequeathed to her by husband James Pinnock of Devonshire Place by his will of 05/12/1809.
