Counterclaims include 'Elizth Pinnock Annuitant under the last mentioned will [of James Pinnock] of 拢1200 per annum in lieu of dower ; for arrears: 拢17,100'. Counterclaim also from two other sets of annuitants under the same will, 'Mary Elizabeth Pinnock and John Wallace Harris [of St Andrew's parish], administratrix and administrator of Eliz. Truxton Pinnock an annuitant under will [dated '07/12/1829' = 05/12/1809] of Jas Pinnock 拢984 17s 9d'; and Elizabeth Bowran [sp?] and George Bowran [Dartmouth St T71/1200] annuitants under the will of James Pinnock for 拢1250 [date of will 05/12/1809].
