Counterclaim by Thomasina Jane Crowley and Sarah Margaret Minot, as residuary devisees under the will of Henry John Hazell for 2/3rds of the compensation money. John Minot was awarded the compensation after letters testamentary were produced of the will of H. J. Hazell and proof of amounts outstanding under four bonds in H.J. Hazell's estate.
