T71/177 p. 206: will of Wm. Nembhard, dated 25/04/1833. Wm. Nembhard died on 09/10/1833 in London, leaving Hounslow estate to his under-age son, under the guidance of his uncle Edward; and 'To my dau. Eva the half of Kensington plantation, her brother sharing with her at her mother's death and paying her 拢3000'. Henry and Edward Nembhard were Wm. Nembhard's brothers. Henry Nembhard was an absentee; Edward Nembhard was resident. The will made it impossible to sell the esates (or at least Kensington estate) until 1852.
