Dario Arenas Villegas is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

For the past 13 years he has led social and political processes in Caldas, Colombia, focusing mainly on environmental protection, the promotion of public education and the consolidation of citizen participation and social justice.Ìý

His main interests are to leverage his skills and knowledge in innovation, public policy and new economic thinking to support the resolution of the major challenges of his region and country, such as socio-economic inequality, educational inequity, pressures on the environment and the armed conflict.Ìý
